The Simple Shaker Company

The Simple Shaker Company is an new online kitchen cabinet seller for which I created the brand, logo and website as a freelance job during my placement year. This was the first ever web design job I completed professionally, and I learnt a lot whilst doing so!

The Simple Shaker Company site was the first website I ever built and I absolutely loved the process. As the company hasn't officially launched yet, I took the liberty of screen recording navigation through the bulk of the website in order to showcase my design (video below).

The Hampstead Bakery

Re-branding the home bakery business 'The Ginger Lilies' required completely changing their image to give them a stronger online presence. I came up with their new name and designed them an entirely new logo, website & brand package.

In my second year at university I designed Bloo, a smart cuddly toy with inbuilt safety protocols, protection settings, child mood monitoring systems and smartphone integration - all as part of my Sustainable Design module.

Hashtag Me offers mental health based peer support and resources to students at university. When founder & CEO Megan Gamble approached me to design her a new website from scratch, I jumped at the opportunity and ended up creating one of my favourite websites to date.

I won a competition to design a logo for 'Snacktivity' - an NHS funded research group focusing on encouraging inactive people to do small or bite sizes amounts of physical activity throughout the day. This competition was run internally at Loughborough University.

I often do odd graphic design jobs for them whilst also being part of their organisation and taking part in events as a 'Team Leader' myself.

In my second year of university we were briefed to design a food heating device which enhanced a certain experience, using a chosen brand's design DNA. After doing a full semester of group research, I designed a SMART CAR heat & share nachos concept which enhanced the in-car movie experience.

Our goal is to make public places safer for all by providing secure and dependable access to anaphylaxis treatment medication along with easy to follow instructions. (This is an on-going project)
